Because our products are specially prepared by hand, orders are generally shipped within 3 business days, and at most 10 business days, after payment confirmation. To ensure they arrive comfortably by November 24:
- By November 13: Place your order for nationwide shipping within Turkey.
- Bulk orders: For a large number of boxes on behalf of a school or parent group, write to us via WhatsApp in advance, and we can plan the delivery date together.
- Within Istanbul: For ready-made products, you can see the same-day delivery option during the payment step.
To keep the chocolate fresh
Store the box in a cool, dry place between 15–18 °C until you deliver it. Do not put it in the refrigerator; moisture and cold can cause white spots on the surface of the chocolate. Be careful not to leave it near a radiator or in a sunny place.

Can you deliver directly to the school?
Yes, you can enter the school's address as the delivery address. Please keep the school's operating hours in mind.
